Elmo Break

It was exhausting opening so many presents. Amelia needed a rest. She decided now was the perfect time to view one of her new Elmo DVDs. She also thought it would be great to hang out with her Aunt Noelle on the couch. What a nice day.

Fill Her Up

Amelia got so many wonderful presents. She had so much fun opening all the gifts. This special doll bed was given to her from Granny and Papa B. It was originally made by Amelia's great-great-grandfather for her great-grandmother, Anna, as a child.

I Wanna Go...

iwannago.jpg

"I wanna go... I wanna go" is something we hear a lot lately. Amelia likes to get out of the house, especially if it involves seeing Tabatha or Fletcher. She will go over to the front door and try to escape if we don't address her pleas. Luckily she hasn't got the reach nor understanding of the deadbolt yet.

Cupcake

We had individual cupcakes instead of a big cake for the party. Amelia wasn't quite so sure this was the right decision. But then she decided it was kinda fun to lick the icing off.

Tree Hunting

There was a lot of holiday cheer to be found at the Christmas tree farm this morning. Amelia and Fletcher thought the endless rows of trees were very interesting. But not as exciting as the kettle korn vendor outside the gift shop. Amelia would not let us leave without a small bag of the green and red colored popcorn.
